The model

What is white-label digital marketing?

White-label digital marketing is a wholesale arrangement: a specialist partner delivers campaigns for your clients, and you resell the work as your own. Your client pays you, you pay the partner a wholesale rate, and you keep the margin.

Factor42 handles the execution layer: trafficking, QA, optimization and reporting across every major ad platform. Your team keeps the strategy, the pricing and the client relationship. Every report and dashboard carries your logo, and your clients never deal with us directly.

Why Factor42

Why agencies use one partner for every channel

How white-label works for agencies →

One brief, every platform

One team takes orders for search, social, programmatic and streaming, so your account managers don't juggle a different vendor per channel.

Reporting that matches your brand

Cross-channel dashboards and wrap reports carry your logo, colors and voice, not ours.

Add channels without hiring

Offer CTV, DOOH or programmatic audio next month without building an ad ops department for each one.

You keep the margin

Wholesale pricing by channel and volume. What you charge your client is up to you.

How it works

From brief to branded report.

The same four steps for every channel, so your team learns one workflow.

01

Onboard & integrate

Grant us access to your ad accounts, ad server and data sources. We configure the workspace and validate every integration end to end.

02

Send the brief

Your team submits the order: budget, flight dates, targeting and creative. One brief format, every channel.

03

We build, QA & launch

Certified specialists traffic the campaign, check specs, tracking and brand-safety settings, and launch.

04

Optimize & report

Daily pacing, continuous optimization, and dashboards and wrap reports with your logo on them.

The economics

You set the price. You keep the margin.

We charge a wholesale fulfillment rate, priced by channel and volume. What you charge your client is up to you.

FAQ

Common questions

What does white-label digital marketing include?

With Factor42: campaign setup and trafficking, creative QA, bid and budget optimization, pacing, and white-labeled reporting across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic display, video and audio, streaming TV (OTT/CTV), digital out-of-home and email marketing.

Will my clients know you exist?

No. Every report, dashboard and client-facing deliverable carries your brand, and we never contact your clients unless you ask us to. Your team owns the relationship; we work team-to-team with you.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Wherever the platform allows, we work inside the accounts you own and grant us access to, so you can see who has access and remove it at any time. If the partnership ends, everything stays with you.

How much does it cost?

We charge a wholesale fulfillment rate based on your channel mix and volume, and you set the retail price for your clients. Book a consultation and we will send a rate card built around what you sell.

Is white labeling legal?

Yes. White labeling is a standard, legal wholesale model used across marketing and many other industries. Your client contracts with you for results; how you fulfill the work is your business decision, and confidentiality is covered in our agreement with you.

Who is it for?

Marketing agencies that want to add channels without adding headcount, and TV and radio broadcast groups whose sellers want a full digital menu. See the pages for agencies and for broadcasters.
