These terms govern your use of factor42media.com (the "Site"), operated by Factor42 Media Inc. ("Factor42", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services are covered separately

The Site describes our white-label ad operations and campaign fulfillment services. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Factor42 and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Submit false information, spam or malicious code through our forms
• Copy or scrape the Site's content in bulk for commercial use without our permission

Content and intellectual property

The Site's text, articles, design, logos and graphics belong to Factor42 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, share links to, and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution. Other uses need our written permission. "Factor42" and the Factor42 logo are our trademarks. Platform names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the channels we work with.
